We've created this space for you to relax and enjoy. To ensure everyone has a wonderful stay, please take a moment to review our house rules and requests. 

Essential house rules for your stay

Villa Longtail is our cherished home, and we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, including our wonderful neighbors, please observe the following:

  • Please avoid loud music late at night to ensure our neighbors are not disturbed.
  • Should anything be broken or damaged during your stay, please inform LovelyStay immediately so they can arrange for its replacement.
  • For your safety, please use the provided plastic glasses around the pool and hot tub areas. Absolutely NO GLASS is permitted in these areas.

 

Making requests during your stay

We want your stay at Villa Longtail to be as comfortable as possible. If you need anything at all during your time here, whether it's extra towels, assistance with an appliance, or any other request, please don't hesitate to contact LovelyStay. They are on hand to assist you promptly.

Encouraging a positive villa experience

We aim to maintain Villa Longtail as a beautiful and welcoming haven for all our guests. We encourage respectful behavior towards the property and its amenities. Please help us keep the villa tidy and ensure all common areas are left as you found them. By working together, we can ensure everyone has a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Other House Requests

  • There are 3 cats in the area that are very sweet and friendly, however, please don't let them into the house as they could get accidently locked in when you leave or damage the furniture. 
  • If the weather is bad and winds are forecast, please bring items inside or put them in the storage box. Especially the parasols which will fly away, so please secure them by lying them flat on the deck, and move the sun loungers to the back wall behind the palm trees so they aren't blown into the pool. 
  • Always put the lid back on the hot tub and leave the room vented otherwise so the condensation doesn't spoil your sunset view.
  • Please use the overhead fan when cooking in the kitchen.
  • There are coasters for drinks, please use them to protect the furniture. The dining table does get easily marked. 
  • Don't play with the settings of the hot tub. it can be switched off by accident which is no fun for you. Easy to fix though if you watch this video!   • Please don't leave wet towels or swimming costumes on the furniture inside and out, there are airers in the utility room for your use. 
  • Please be mindful of electricity usage electricity and if you have the pool heated for your own benefit please put the cover on overnight as it makes a huge difference to the pool temperature.
